Its business operations are based on a universal banking model that includes: Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Private Banking, Investment Banking, Asset Management, Retail Banking, Islamic Banking, Brokerage Services, and Insurance Products and Services.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says"Experience is limited to your position, and it's pretty hard to get to another position unless you have your connections within the bank. You can also sense some toxicity within the workplace. The income is relatively low compared to other banks that can compare with BLOM. Although professional, the HR division does not really trust or show any care for the employees. I know their job is to ensure that everything goes well for the bank, but a happy employee makes a better workplace and better productivity."
